Tetyana Pitik

About
Tetyana is completed her Ph.D. at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen, Denmark, where she worked with Prof. Irene Tamborra. For the first 2 years of her N3AS Fellowship, starting in fall, 2023 she is stationed at Penn State University, with Prof. David Radice.
Tetyana’s current research centers on modeling high-energy neutrino production stemming from various astrophysical transients, including gamma-ray bursts and interacting supernovae.
She is broadly interested in investigating neutrinos across a wide range of energies to learn about the physical mechanisms operating in astrophysical sources that drive their origin.
