About
Manuela completed her PhD in astronomy at the University of La Plata, Argentina, where she worked with Osvaldo Civitarese on neutrino physics and nuclear astrophysics. She is one of the new RIKEN – Berkeley postdoctoral fellow.
Manuela’s research focuses on the study of core-collapse supernovae and the role that neutrinos play in these astrophysical environments.
