In astrophysical environments dense with neutrinos, the interplay of neutral-current interactions and vacuum flavor oscillations gives rise to collective neutrino oscillations, introducing a variety of interesting flavor dynamics to be studied. In particular, the extent to which quantum entanglement can build and impact observable features in these environments remains challenging to assess. We will discuss many-body techniques to explore this problem and the potential effects of entanglement on neutrino physics.
